Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Structures to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee structural engineering projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects.
• Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team.
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and innovative structural solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred.
• Hands‑on experience in ETABS & SAFE.
• 6–12 years of experience in structural engineering, focusing on project engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Extensive knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of CAD standards and experience with 3D working environments.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
