Responsibilities
- Assess and audit suppliers and define corrective actions (systems, processes, products, and control plans).
- Track audit findings and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Plan supplier and product qualification and approval processes for the Electrical material group.
- Support and execute prototype inspections and plan SAT activities.
- Support and execute First Article Inspections (FAI).
- Define and track actions for prototype and first article deviations.
- Effectively implement supplier quality transformation projects (e.g., QASL, LPA).
- Support nonconformity and claim processes and agree on corrective actions with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier process control and performance using KPIs.
- Report supplier performance status to Global SQA on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Technical background with a bachelor’s ormaster’s degree in Electrical Engineeringor a similar field; training as a welding engineer is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in comparable positions.
- Knowledge of quality management methods (e.g., Ishikawa, FMEA, 8D).
- Training in quality management standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (e.g., TÜV, Bureau Veritas).
- Convincing and professionalmannerstoward both external and internal stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiencyin SAP and MS Office; Power BI skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of APQP / APQP for Wind, QASL, LPA, and FTR.
- Willingness to travel.
