Job summary

Rehlko seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer onsite at Aurangabad to support supplier development and ensure defect-free parts reach production. You will interface with IQA, MQA and production, plan supplier audits, drive 8D closures, and manage PPAP/PSW reviews with suppliers.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in supplier quality, knowledge of PPAP/SPC/MSA/ISO 9001, and strong communication with cross-functional teams to reduce issues and improve supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering diploma or graduate in mechanical/production/industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, MSA and ISO 9001.
• 4–6 years in supplier quality, preferably in diesel engine parts.
• Strong communication and data presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Interface with IQA, MQA & Production teams for supplier issues inside the plant.
• Plan and conduct supplier audits and close improvement points.
• Drive 8D closures with suppliers for internal/customer issues.
• Obtain cost debits from suppliers for rework and segregation.
• Review PPAP/PSW and share corrections with SD team.
• Provide monthly supplier scorecards and drive improvements.
• Support purchase and supply chain for delivery issues.
• Monitor lessons learned and deploy actions across suppliers.
