Job summary

AUMOVIO India Private Limited is hiring a Mechatronics maintenance engineer in Gurugram. You will manage shift activities, perform root cause analyses, and lead CAPA programs to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

The role requires 4–7 years of experience, a Mechatronics B.Tech, and hands-on knowledge of SAP, PLCs, and robotics. Onsite with full-time hours; willingness to lead and train staff.

Qualifications

• Mechatronics B.Tech with relevant maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift handling and breakdown resolution with reporting.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and improve Downtime metrics.
• Coordinate with production, safety and engineering teams.
• Ensure regulatory and environmental compliance; manage audits.
• Mentor maintenance staff and contractors.

• Shift Handling activity , Breakdown handling and shift reporting
• Root cause analysis, CAPA and proactive approaches
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Knowledge of PLC, servo drives, transducer, SPM , Assembly stations
• ST programming understanding, diagnosis and process mapping
• CAPA implementation, PM and predictive check sheet upgradation
• Familiar with SAP, I4.0, Robotics, Drawing study
• Monitor and report on maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
• Ensure timely and high-quality repairs of equipment and infrastructure
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement
• Coordinate with production, safety, and engineering teams for seamless operations
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and environmental standards
• Manage audits and inspections to identify risks and improvement areas
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance staff and contractors

Qualifications

Mechatronics B.tech 4-7 years of experience
