Job summary

Eaton in India seeks a data health specialist to analyze and drive data quality for parts in OnePart and Enovia. You will leverage spend data and part metadata to create a visual marketplace, partnering with GSC COE, EIIC, Global Engg, and IT teams.

This role emphasizes process rigor and digital tool deployment to enable smarter part reuse and rationalization. The candidate will collaborate across engineering, procurement, and IT, delivering dashboards and data-driven insights while championing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Diploma with 10–12 years / BE with 6–10 years / Masters with 4–6 years in Manufacturing or Engineering
• Strong business and analytical mindset with data-driven approach
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting/analytics
• Hands-on experience with Python and BI tools (Power BI)
• Experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks) a plus
• Familiarity with PLM systems and change management
• Knowledge of agile IT methods and cross-functional collaboration
• Exposure to supplier spend analysis and data analytics
• Big data tools (Hive, SQL) and data mining experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Enovia PLM and OnePart IT on data health projects
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT teams to improve data health and optimize processes
• Analyze OnePart data health, Enovia, and spend data to identify improvement opportunities
• Support data extraction, analysis, and mining using Snowflake, Palantir, and SQL
• Develop Power BI dashboards and publish data visualizations
• Help scale data health monitoring across design teams
• Participate in governance meetings and project status reviews
• Drive digitization efforts using Python and Power Platform
• Assist SCM and Engineering in end-to-end digitalization initiatives
• Contribute to data health proposals and execution plans

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with Functional Excellence and Engineering teams on data health improvement projects
• Analyze OnePart tool data health, Enovia, spend data and identify opportunities for improvement by assessing health of data
• Collaborate with Engineering to review the Enovia Data Health and identify oppurtunities for Improvement.
• Partner with IT for System Improvement projects for OnePart, Enovia Data Health Improvement.
• Participate in governance meetings to review project status and health.
• Standardize OnePart Data Health Projects process from SOP and QMS point of View.
• Drive Digitization efforts, execute & leverage existing automations on python and Microsoft power platform to improve Data Health of Digital Ecosystem.
• Digitalization Efforts include, Design, publish and manage power bi dashboards, Coordinate to setup big data workflows within Digital tools like OnePart, GPS.
• Support SCM and Engineering teams for data extraction, data analysis and mining through Snowflake, Palantir and SQL.
• Work on Palantir to enable Data connection, integration, and data analytics – support end to end SCM digitization initiatives
• Collaborate with Digitalization team for Proposal on Digital Ecosystem tools data health proposal and Execution plan. Support CFT, data analysts to develop power apps, chatbots wherever applicable.
• Scale up New Parts Release Monitoring to other Design Responsibility Teams (Engineering)"

Qualifications
