Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–8 years of road and highway engineering experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Advanced knowledge of road design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D) and Navisworks familiarity.
• BIM-compliant project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of road/highway design standards and regulations.
• Experience with sustainable and innovative road design techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Professional Engineering (C Eng) certification or equivalent.
