Job summary

PCB Power India is seeking a skilled PCB assembly operator to manage daily production schedules and maintain high-quality standards in manufacturing environments.

You will troubleshoot SMT, through-hole, and manual soldering processes, drive efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks. Training of technicians and documentation updates are also part of the role.

• Monitor production yields and implement corrective actions for quality improvement.
• Maintain and update documentation for production processes and improvements.
• Train and guide assembly technicians to improve performance and technical skills.
• Support the introduction of new products by developing assembly workflows.
