Job summary

Sansera Engineering Limited is seeking a production planning professional to manage and optimize aerospace manufacturing operations in line with customer requirements.

You will execute short- and long-term production plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in OEE, delivery performance, and process documentation to ensure compliance with AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma/B.Tech or any relevant field.
• Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall production operations to meet targets.
• Execute monthly and weekly production plans as per customer schedules.
• Maintain and document all customer-related production processes.
• Review and support design of jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Plan facility requirements, oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Establish and maintain Configuration Management systems.
• Lead first-sample development and obtain FAI approval.
• Handle drawing change control and ensure updates on the shop floor.
• Participate in technical reviews with customers.
• Maintain production registers and track OEE.
• Control rejections and initiate corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor material availability, and ensure readiness for production.
• Review and report on production and sales performance to management.
• Initiate productivity improvement plans and actions.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and equipment outages.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute monthly and weekly production plans as per customer schedules.

JOB SPECIFICATION / COMPETENCY

Qualification:

• BE/Diploma/B. Tech or any relevant field

Experience:

• 2-5 years (Preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing)

Technical Knowledge:

• FAI, drawing reading, and change control
