Job summary

Samvith Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a qualified Inspector to manage incoming inspection of paints and ensure conformance to purchase orders. The role focuses on daily testing, record keeping, and adherence to the approved quality plan.

You will monitor weather logs, perform blotter, beaker, and salt tests, verify equipment calibration, and prepare blasting and painting records for client data. Interaction with customers on stage-wise inspections is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of painting inspection and basic engineering.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Experience handling measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Incoming inspection of paint and checking as per purchase order.
• Monitor and verify daily weather log sheet, blotter test, beaker test, blasting pressure, salt contamination test, dust test, profile check, WFT, DFT, adhesion test, holiday test, etc.
• Day-to-day inspection as per the request at our work and supplier place with respect to quality plan.
• Monitoring the calibration of measuring and monitoring devices.
• Preparation of blasting and painting record for client manufacturing data record.
• Co-ordinating with customer on stage wise inspection.

• Knowledge of handing measuring instruments.
