General Mills in Mumbai is seeking an Engineer, Maintenance & Reliability to improve plant productivity through reliable equipment and optimized maintenance costs. As an Engineer, Maintenance & Reliability, you will use your expertise in manufacturing plant engineering, reliability, and controls and systems engineering to help improve plant productivity and optimize manufacturing costs. You will partner with plant and corporate engineering teams, project leads, vendors, and cross-cultural virtual teams to deliver practical reliability improvements and build sustainable maintenance capability. This is an opportunity to influence equipment uptime, reliability, maintenance cost, and the way teams use data to make better decisions.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production, Electronics, Telecommunication, or Instrumentation.
At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and reliability.
Demonstrated experience in the Reliability or Controls and Systems Engineering domain; ability to work with equipment maintenance data and performance indicators.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, learning agility, and the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
