Qualifications

• Product development expertise including PLM, GD&T, VA/VE, and FMEA.
• Experience with sheet metal (Steel and Aluminum) components.
• Familiarity with mechanical testing (tensile, hardness, metallurgy).
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards (PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC).
• Understanding of forming, assembly, joining, and quality processes.
