Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer (5-7 years) to join our Experience Engineering team. You will champion quality for our web platform, defining and executing test strategies, and ensuring a world-class user experience across product areas.

Collaborate with product and engineering, perform manual and automated testing, and gain exposure to modern web frameworks like React, CI/CD, and API testing.

Anaplan is looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative QA Engineer (5-7 years experience) to join our Experience Engineering team. You will be an essential member of a team dedicated to ensuring our platform delivers a world-class experience on the web. In this role, you will help define and execute test strategies, identify and analyze issues, and follow best practices to ensure Anaplan delivers a seamless, intuitive, and powerful web experience to our customers.

Your Impact

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand feature requirements, provide early feedback, and ensure quality is a primary focus throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to learn and apply best practices in web application testing and quality assurance across the organisation.

Core Qualifications

• Experience in testing web applications, with a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing principles.

Helpful Experience

• Experience testing applications built with modern web frameworks like React.
• An understanding of web application deployment and CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with testing backend services and APIs; experience with API testing tools is a plus.
