Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply software and systems engineering methods, tools, and standards to deliver moderately complex to complex development, configuration, integration, testing, or support work.
• Analyze requirements, dependencies, and factors to determine task approach and tradeoffs.
• Coordinate assigned work within defined objectives and guardrails to meet commitments and timelines.
• Guide peers by sharing reviews, templates, or how-to support to improve consistency and execution quality.
• Improve tools, processes, or team practices to reduce rework and strengthen reliability.

Improves tools, processes, or team practices by identifying practical changes that reduce rework, strengthen reliability, and support better local tradeoffs among quality, speed, cost, and risk.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field required. Certification in Agile, Scrum, cloud fundamentals preferred.
