Senior Software Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be a key part of an agile, well-balanced, cross‑functional, autonomous team that develops and delivers exceptional software.
• Actively champion and promote best practices for developing and delivering reliable SaaS services into production safely, and with zero‑downtime.
• Apply and expand your skills as necessary; we appreciate people who are keen to learn and grow.

More About You:

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to craft well‑architected and easy‑to‑reason‑about applications regardless of the tier.
• Expertise writing scalable backend micro‑services using the JVM with Java, Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Strong focus on writing tests and a clear view of how and why different kinds of tests should be developed and run.
• Experience using deployment tools/technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Chef or Puppet is advantageous.
• Positive energy and enthusiasm—culture is a big deal for us; we’re looking for smart people who love solving big problems and are motivated to get things done.
