Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in India seeks a Healthcare RCM Copilot Agent Specialist (Associate II) to drive AI-powered transformation in Revenue Cycle Management. This techno-functional role combines healthcare RCM expertise with hands-on work on Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other AI productivity tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, or related discipline.
3-6 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience.
Active CRCR Certification at the time of application.
Hands-on experience building and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio Agents.
Advanced proficiency in Power Automate.
Strong experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude for business productivity use cases.
Expert-level proficiency in: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and training skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for healthcare RCM and executive productivity use cases.
Develop advanced Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, escalations, reminders, and business process orchestration.

About the Role

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare RCM Copilot Agent Specialist (Associate II) to drive AI-powered transformation within Revenue Cycle Management operations. This is a techno-functional role ideal for professionals with strong Healthcare RCM expertise and hands‑on experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other AI productivity tools to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The successful candidate will bridge healthcare revenue cycle operations and modern AI technologies by designing, deploying, and governing AI‑assisted workflows, Copilot agents, and business automation solutions that enhance productivity, decision‑making, and process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation

Design, build, and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for healthcare RCM and executive productivity use cases.
Develop advanced Power Automate workflows for approvals, routing, escalations, reminders, and business process orchestration.
Configure AI‑assisted workflows using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude within approved governance standards.
Establish prompting standards, validation controls, and quality review processes for AI‑generated outputs.

Revenue Cycle Management

Support and optimize revenue cycle processes including:
- Patient Access
- Eligibility Verification
- Claims Management
- Denial Management
- Appeals
- Collections
- Accounts Receivable Follow‑up
- Payment Posting
Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve operational performance.

Knowledge Management & Business Enablement

Own SharePoint knowledge architecture used by Copilot agents.
Maintain SOPs, payer policies, process documentation, and reference libraries.
Create executive‑ready reporting and summaries using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Train and mentor business users on AI adoption and productivity solutions.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and organizational governance standards.
Partner with operational leaders to prioritize high‑value automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting & Finance, or related discipline.
3-6 years of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience.

Strong exposure to business analytics, KPI reporting, governance, and process improvement.
Experience mentoring analysts or associates.
Knowledge of SharePoint information architecture and knowledge management practices.
