Job summary

Valeo in Chennai is seeking an R&D IS Engineer to handle new service/support tickets on COE software subdomains, manage incidents and change requests, and ensure delivery within defined SLAs.

You will work with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Gerrit, Nexus) and Valeo GenFramework, support CoreALM/TeamForge/CodeBeamer, and provide user assistance, including 24/7 coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitHub, Gerrit, Nexus).
• Experience in OS administration (Windows and Linux).
• Knowledge of CoreALM/TeamForge/CodeBeamer.
• Familiarity with static analysis tools (Klocwork, Coverity).
• Experience with software release management and version control processes.
• Knowledge of Docker and AWS is a plus.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools like Black Duck.
