Job summary

Valeo - Chennai is seeking an R&D IS Engineer to support GISOCC DSIS. You will manage service and incident tickets, handle change requests, and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, CoreALM and related tools.

Strong OS admin skills on Windows and Linux are required along with experience in release management. The role involves working with Docker, cloud (AWS), and various ALM tools to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to SLAs.

Responsibilities

• New service/support ticket management on the COE SW subdomains.
• Incident ticket management.
• Change ticket management.
• Understand CI-CD Jenkins build/test and Valeo GenFramework and provide support to various software projects as per guidance.
• Understanding CoreALM, ALM NG and SIE application and provide support to user requests.
• Always meet customer service within the defined SLA and thereby meet KPIs.
• Ready to work in 24/7 support.
