Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to own overall equipment performance for MOL production lines, lead troubleshooting, analyze downtime, and drive corrective actions.

You will support TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, and Maintenance teams. You will coach technicians, engage vendors for problem resolution, and leverage AI-enabled tools and data analytics to

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or high-tech equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and data analytics skills are essential.
• Knowledge of TPM and Lean manufacturing practices is desirable.

Drive TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Process, Manufacturing, Quality, Automation, and Maintenance teams. Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering builds, and qualification activities. Evaluate and implement equipment modifications and upgrades. Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and manufacturing standards. Provide technical coaching and training to equipment technicians. Engage vendors for technical problem resolution and continuous improvement activities. Demonstrate proficiency in AI-enabled ways of working by leveraging AI-assisted tools, data analytics, and digital technologies to improve equipment reliability, troubleshooting effectiveness, maintenance efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
