Arabelle Solutions, part of the EDF Group, is seeking an Engineer-Electrical Equipment and Systems for our Noida, India location. The role involves electrical design, system studies (load flow, short circuit), protection design, and preparing RFQ specifications.
Travel may be required within India and abroad. Qualified candidates have an Electrical Engineering degree and 5–7 years of experience in power/industrial projects, with proficiency in IS/IEC/IEEE codes and turn-key project handling.
Electrical Equipment and Systems engineer is required to perform engineering studies, sizing calculations, RFQ specifications, protections recommendations, vendor document reviews he/she is asked for, in the required time schedule and with quality.

Authority Area(s) where the position holder is the decision maker Obtain on-time decisions from the Electrical Project Engineer or Line Manager Right to receive on-time comprehensive and binding information relevant for the task to be performed from the functions involved in the project(s) Receive technical support from the Electrical Project Engineer and Line Manager Access to technical tools and corresponding support as well as specialists’ know-how Area(s) where the position holder provides recommendations Alert other design Engineers of incoherencies or incorrect design he/she may discover during his/her work. To advise his/her Line Manager about improvement of standard documentation and tools.
The performance of the Electrical Engineer is measured against the successful execution of the project(s) task(s) he/she has to realize in term of quality and on-time delivery. In addition, performance is measured on his/her capacity to interact with other disciplines: smooth interface with Mechanical Partner, Civil Partner, Site Construction Team etc. and on his/her capacity to coordinate with engineering performed in other Engineering Centers or external Design Offices. Further objectives, Targets and Performance Measurements are defined on a yearly basis.
Education Mandatory (MUST) Electrical Engineering Degree with 5-7 years of experience in relevant areas. Experience Mandatory (MUST) Experience of electrical engineering in power/industrial projects in the related activity. Knowledge of National & International codes and standard like IS, IEC, IEEE. Ability to handle the turnkey packages of electrical equipment and systems. Ability to work independently. Strong intercultural skills and abilities of managing global processes & procedures. Team player, collaborative.
Experience of electrical engineering in the related activity for Power Plants Exposure to electrical erection & commissioning field. Experience in Nuclear power plant. Experience of working in global multinational environment.
Mandatory (MUST) Strong ability to communicate verbally and in written English.
