You will be responsible for delivering complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing product health. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has 9-13 years of experience. Strong knowledge in project execution and product design is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-complexity projects with end-to-end ownership from identifying current product issues and improvements to resolving customer and dealer issues for the cab and its components, delivering optimum solutions and addressing build and/or performance issues in the field.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing teams and suppliers to develop finalized designs.
  • Perform as the Cab System Integrator and coordinate with different subsystems to accommodate their design deliverables.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, commitment, and excellent communication skills; ability to work with wide cross-functional teams.
Expertise

Required skills:

  • Sound Knowledge in Current Product Issues management and resolution
  • Good understanding about Product health management
  • Hands on experience in Design and Development of entire Cab system, Structural and Non Metallics Components
  • Hands on experience with Cab system integration / configuration
  • Strong Project Execution and Budget management experience
  • Sound knowledge in APQP, CPPD activities
  • Knowledge of Team Center, FEA for Design validation
  • Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD & T) and Tolerance Stack up analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6 Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Certified

This job might require around 20% traveling

  • Relocation is available for this position.
