Job summary

Vertiv Global Engineering Centre, Pune is seeking a dynamic BIM Engineer (MEP) with strong Revit MEP modelling and coordination skills to join our engineering team. The role focuses on producing and coordinating high-quality BIM models while following BEP, Vertiv standards, and project-specific workflows.

The engineer will manage model data, ensure timely updates, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify clashes, optimize designs, and improve overall project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit in MEP, Navisworks.
• Proficient in creating Revit schedules and parametric Revit families.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and Revit API is a plus.
• Coordinate MEP services within multidisciplinary BIM models to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and work on BIM projects at Vertiv, ensuring BEP compliance and adherence to Vertiv standards.
• Deliver high-quality BIM models, manage data exchange, and improve project efficiency.
• Identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies across disciplines.
• Generate clash detection reports and support coordination efforts with project teams.
• Extract quantities and data from BIM models for cost estimation and scheduling.
• Maintain BIM documentation, BEP, MOM, and LOD matrices.

Vertiv Global Engineering Centre, Pune is looking fordynamicand experienced BIM MEPFEngineer, knowledge in Revit MEP Modelling and Coordinationas well as Knowledge of content creation.

Engineer - BIMis responsible for coordinating & working on the BIM projects at Vertiv. This includes ensuring that all members of the team are following BEP, Vertiv standards and process, adhering to the model standards set with right software, exchanging of data regularly.

In addition to these duties the BIM Engineer is also responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating high-qualityBIMmodels, collaborating effectivelywith engineers, and otherdisciplinesto optimize design, identify and resolve clashes & conflicts, and improve overall project efficiency. He/ she will be responsible to deliver quality deliverables as per the organization’s standards. Work closely with different LoB’s and stakeholders to meet deadlines. He should ensure all team-related timesheet, quality plan, project updates on time. Stay up to date with evolving BIM technologies and workflows. Maintain clear and concise project documentation related to BIM tasks.
