Arm's Architecture Modelling Team seeks an Architecture Engineer to contribute to developing, validating and maintaining architectural models across Arm's roadmap.
You will work with cross‑functional experts, enhance tooling and analysis, and translate complex requirements into robust system models while growing your skills in hardware‑software interaction.
The Architecture and Technology Group (ATG) at Arm is responsible for defining and developing the advanced technologies that shape the future of Arm’s architecture roadmap. As part of ATG, we specialise in delivering world‑class secure CPU and system architectures, along with the supporting technologies that empower Arm’s ecosystem to build innovative and competitive products.

As an Engineer, you will be a contributing member of a versatile team working closely with experts across Arm and with external partners. You will support the definition, development and validation of future computing systems and gain experience across architectural modelling, tooling and analysis. You will work on long‑running projects with broad impact, developing your ability to reason about system‑level design while building credibility across teams.
