Job summary

ACI Infotech is seeking an Engagement Manager to run enterprise data and AI programs, owning the customer relationship, delivery team, and outcomes from initiation to closure.

You will lead multi-million-dollar engagements, communicate with CTO/CDO/CPO offices, and guide programs spanning data, AI, and cloud with explicit business-outcome targets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology consulting or enterprise program delivery.
• Track record running $5M+ programs across data, cloud, or enterprise applications.
• Strong executive communication — comfortable presenting to enterprise C-suites.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent program-management certification preferred.
• Domain knowledge in data engineering, AI, or cloud modernization strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data, AI, and cloud programs in the $2M–$15M range.
• Own client relationships at C-suite and VP level throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Drive delivery governance, risk management, and program health across multi-team structures.
• Identify and progress account-expansion opportunities.
• Build and develop client-facing delivery teams across technical and functional tracks.
