Job summary

Quantiphi Analytics Solutions Private Limited seeks an experienced Engagement Manager - Generative AI to lead client programs focused on AI and GenAI solutions. You will manage end-to-end delivery, partner with clients, and ensure successful execution of AI-driven initiatives, serving as the link between business, technical teams, and leadership.

The role requires strong client communication, agile project management, and hands-on GenAI experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing AI, ML, or Generative AI projects.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, chatbots, NLP, and AI-powered automation.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, etc.).
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM-based applications.
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
• PMP or Scrum certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements for Generative AI and AI/ML initiatives.
• Partner with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI use cases.
• Drive project planning, execution, and on-time delivery within budget.
• Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to implement solutions.
• Translate business needs into well-defined technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and share regular project updates.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Support pre-sales efforts including solution discussions, proposals, and estimations.
• Track risks, dependencies, and maintain delivery quality.

Job Summary
