Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Gurgaon is seeking an Engineering Support Specialist I to assist the engineering team with technical expertise for testing activities. You will resolve complex customer issues and collaborate with sales, product management and QA to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have a technical bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 3 years in engineering support, and proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities, including familiarity with test

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and support to drive testing activities.
• Be the go-to technical expert; resolve complex customer issues and ensure delivery of high-quality support services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, QA) to drive improvements in support processes and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding and training orientation.
• Support Equipment and Engineering Project Managers/Teams for Material Analysts tasks across smaller product lines.
• Execute Purchase Requisition and Goods Receipt input.
• Process Freight Log and Storage Invoices.
• Meet TAT in terms of deliverables.

As an Engineering Support Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing technical expertise and support to drive the success of our testing activities.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations. You will be the go-to technical expert, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and quality assurance, to drive improvements in our support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

1.Receives training/orientation to provide experience and familiarization with a broad range of processes and procedures

1. Quick onboarding with the help of training/orientation

2. Sound understanding of SAP, MA, processes, procedures with respect to Eqp & Eng project support

4 .Support Equipment and Engineering Project Managers/Teams for Material Analysts tasks across smaller product lines

1. Execute Purchase Requisition and Goods Receipt input

2. Process Freight Log and Storage Invoices

3. Meeting TAT in terms of deliverables

YOU MUST HAVE
