Job summary

Ensavior Technologies in Delhi seeks an experienced BSG Energy Auditor to conduct detailed energy audits of commercial buildings and HVAC systems, identify energy conservation opportunities and prepare comprehensive reports. You will evaluate HVAC products, propose retrofit solutions, and support sales with technical input and client presentations.

The role requires 8–12 years in energy auditing and HVAC, with a focus on building services and energy management.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Energy Auditing, HVAC Systems, Building Services, or Energy Management.
• Proven experience conducting energy audits for commercial buildings such as offices, hospitals, hotels, malls, and IT parks.
• Experience in HVAC retrofit projects, energy optimization or building performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed energy audits of commercial buildings and HVAC systems to identify energy conservation opportunities.
• Evaluate the performance of HVAC products and identify optimization opportunities.
• Prepare energy audit reports, technical recommendations, energy savings calculations, ROI analysis and payback assessments.
• Support Sales and Business Development with technical inputs, site assessments and client presentations.
• Develop energy-efficient HVAC solutions tailoring to client requirements with feasibility and viability.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation and Projects teams for seamless implementation.
• Conduct M&V of implemented energy conservation measures and validate savings achieved.
• Stay updated with HVAC technologies, energy efficiency standards and sustainability trends.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering value-driven engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed energy audits of commercial buildings and HVAC systems to identify energy conservation opportunities.

• Identify opportunities for HVAC optimization, retrofit solutions, equipment upgrades, and operational improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive energy audit reports, technical recommendations, energy savings calculations, ROI analysis, and payback assessments.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 8–12 yearsof experience in Energy Auditing, HVAC Systems, Building Services, or Energy Management.
• Proven experience in conducting energy audits for commercial buildings such as office complexes, hospitals, hotels, shopping malls, educational institutions, IT parks, airports, and mixed-use developments.
• Experience in HVAC retrofit projects, energy optimization, or building performance improvement is highly preferred.
