Job Summary:
The Recruiting Enablement Consultant drives user readiness, adoption and sustained use of new recruiting technology and processes across global rollouts. The role converts approved business processes, system functionality and implementation plans into an enablement approach that can scale across countries and sites. Working with the designated Trainer, Country Leads and local Recruiting SMEs, the consultant supports a train-the-trainer model, coordinates SME readiness and certification, monitors local training completion and adoption, and provides readiness inputs before go-live. The role is not intended to deliver all local end-user training; local certified SMEs are expected to train their respective teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop global and geography-specific enablement plans aligned with project rollout waves, business readiness requirements and go-live schedules.
- Conduct stakeholder and training-needs assessments to identify impacted user groups, role-specific learning needs, adoption risks and local considerations.
- Partner with the designated Trainer to translate approved SOPs, process maps, workflows and vendor/product documentation into effective training and enablement content.
- Review training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, learner guides, quick-reference materials, exercises and knowledge checks for business accuracy and alignment with approved processes.
- Coordinate the train-the-trainer approach for Country Leads and designated site/geography SMEs.
- Support SME readiness and certification, including participant tracking, knowledge checks, completion status and follow-up actions.
- Work with Country Leads and SMEs to establish local training plans, schedules, participant lists and completion tracking.
- Confirm that required user populations have completed the appropriate training before go-live and escalated readiness gaps.
- Coordinate business readiness checks with project and country stakeholders and provide training/adoption inputs to Go/No-Go discussions.
- Track enablement risks, knowledge gaps, unresolved questions and adoption barriers by geography.
- Create communications and reinforcement plans that explain what is changing, who is impacted, when changes take effect and where users can obtain support.
- Coordinate post-go-live office hours, refresher support, targeted reinforcement and other interventions where adoption gaps are identified.
- Gather user feedback and analyze recurring questions, process deviations and support trends to identify opportunities for additional enablement or process clarification.
- Maintain the enablement framework and ensure materials are updated when approved processes, workflows or system functionality change.
- Establish reusable enablement standards, templates and readiness criteria that can be applied to future country, site and technology rollouts.
Skills Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in learning and development, change enablement, organizational change, technology adoption, HR/recruiting operations, or implementation support.
- At least 2-3 years of experience supporting system or process rollouts, preferably across multiple sites, countries, or business units.
- Demonstrated experience with train-the-trainer programs, facilitator/SME readiness, learning-content development, and adoption or operational-readiness tracking.
- Experience supporting system, process or operational change initiatives.
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to translate technical and process changes into practical guidance for business users.
- Understanding of adult learning, train-the-trainer, adoption and operational-readiness principles.
- Strong planning, communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple countries, sites and time zones.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint or comparable collaboration platforms.
- Experience with virtual training and facilitation tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex, or comparable platforms.
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or training-completion/certification platform.
- Experience creating user guides, job aids, facilitator guides, knowledge checks, and other digital learning materials; exposure to tools such as Articulate 360, Canva, Camtasia, or comparable authoring tools is preferred.
- Working familiarity with ATS, CRM, HRIS, recruiting platforms, or other enterprise systems used in operational rollouts.
- Experience using project/readiness tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Excel, or comparable platforms.
- Experience with recruiting, HR technology, CRM, ATS or enterprise system rollouts.
- Experience with SME certification or train-the-trainer models.
- Experience supporting global or multi-site implementations.
- Familiarity with change-management methodologies and adoption measurement.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in learning, change management, organizational development, HR/recruiting, operations or technology enablement.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time. Consistent attendance is an essential function of the job.
