Job summary

Accor is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will prepare, cook and plate menus to the property recipes, maintaining consistency and high standards.

Collaborate with a talented team, share ideas, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Training and development programs, and opportunities to grow within the property and across the Accor network are available.

Qualifications

• Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards
• Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
