Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications: Support the delivery of internal communication strategies aligned with business goals and the employee lifecycle. Support culture-building initiatives, including monthly activities, quarterly plans, and annual engagement plans.
Content Creation: Develop and author high-quality content across channels and formats. Create internal and executive communications, including announcements, presentations, blogs, etc. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure result delivery.
Social Media & Branding: Assist in creating monthly and annual social media calendars to enhance employer branding. Help position Piramal Finance as an Employer of Choice through authentic storytelling.
External Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill external communication and advertising needs.
Marketing Content: Ideate and strategize content for marketing materials such as emails, websites, posters, pamphlets, SMS, and WhatsApp, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Video Content: Consistently generate video content that aligns with the value proposition and culture to enhance brand salience.
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams like Business, Product, and Website to support their communication and content needs, ensuring timely coordination.
