Walk-in-Interview Drive for Kadu (Surendranagar Unit – OSD facility). Emcure Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is conducting Walk-In Interview

We are hiring following positions:

1. Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS)
2. Quality Control (Analyst)
3. Production (Compression/Coating/Granulation)
4. Packing (CVC/Labelling machine)

Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS)

Role: Officer/Executive/AM
Experience: 3 to 11 yrs
Qualification: M. Pharm/B. Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc.

Required Profile:

• Handling of Change Controls, CAPA’s, Unplanned deviations, Planned Deviation, Investigations and Audit Management in Trackwise software.
• Issuance and Retrieval of GMP documents.
• Working experience over SAP, Trackwise and other related softwares.
• Review of BMR/BPR and process validation reports.
• Inprocess testing, sampling and line clearance.

Production (Compression/Coating/Granulation)

Role: Officer/ Executive/ Operator
Experience: 2 to 7 yrs

Qualification:

1. Supervisor – M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc
2. Operator – ITI/Diploma

Required Profile:

• Exposure of handling and compliance of various compression, coating and granulation machines/equipments like GEA, Cadmach, Fette, Korsch, coaters, RMG, FBE, FBD etc.
• Online documentation Of BMR and log books during execution of batches.

Quality Control (Analyst)

Role: Officer/Executive
Experience: 02 to 07 yrs
Qualification: M. Pharm/B. Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc.

Required Profile:

• Exposure of Waters HPLC, Dissolution, GC and other instruments with AMV, RM, PM, FP product analysis.
• Handling of QMS related activities. Maintaining lab records and documentation.
• Should have exposure in various instruments/software’s like Waters HPLC, Empower 3, LIMS and other software.

Packing (CVC/Labelling machine)

Role: Officer/ Executive/ Operator
Experience: 2 to 7 years

Qualification:

1. Supervisor – M. Pharm/B. Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc.
2. Operator – ITI/Diploma

Required Profile:

• Exposure and troubleshooting knowledge of primary and secondary CVC packing line.
• Experience in cleaning process, challenge test and area cleaning activities.
• Experience in track and trace and serialization activities and cleaning process.
