Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Architect/Lead to drive architecture and technical decisions for diverse industrial products. The role requires guiding cross-functional teams across HW, FW, and validation to deliver end-to-end solutions with Edge AI and advanced connectivity.

The ideal candidate has 8-18+ years of embedded design experience, strong system architecture skills, and proven ability to manage multiple development programs while engaging with customers

Qualifications

• 8-18+ years of Embedded Systems Design experience.
• Experience as Technical Architect/Lead in industrial product development.
• End-to-end product development experience (HW, FW, Testing, Validation).
• Embedded platforms and Edge AI.
• Connectivity protocols: BLE, WiFi, MQTT, OPC UA.
• Strong system architecture and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling multiple product development programs.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
