Ayr Energy, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking an embedded systems engineer to drive firmware from architecture to production for asset condition monitoring, power electronics, and grid-edge devices.

You will design firmware for high-power platforms, bridge hardware and software during bring-up, implement CAN/LIN/Modbus/IEC61850 stacks, and apply ISO 26262/AUTOSAR practices to safety-critical systems while collaborating across hardware, power electronics, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with C/C++ fundamentals in embedded environments.
• Experience with automotive/industrial protocols: CAN, LIN, Modbus, IEC61850.
• Experience with debugging tools: JTAG, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers and hardware bring-up workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware for asset condition monitoring systems and high-power electronics platforms.

• Experience with debugging tools: JTAG, oscilloscopes, logicanalysers, and hardware bring-up workflows
• Experience with version control (Git), build systems (Make/CMake), and Agile development practices
• Hands-on automotive embedded experienceis a plus: ISO 26262 functional safety, AUTOSAR architecture, or ECU development
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across hardware-software interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English
