Role Description

The Embedded Systems and IoT Trainer will design and deliver training modules on embedded systems, IoT, microcontrollers, and related ECE domains to students and working professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, conducting lectures and hands-on lab sessions, guiding learners through projects, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will collaborate with the academic and industry partners to keep the curriculum aligned with current technologies and best practices. This is a contract position and follows a hybrid work model, based in Indore with a combination of on-site sessions and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, debugging hardware/software issues, and guiding learners through complex technical concepts.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain technical topics clearly, engage diverse learner groups, and provide effective feedback.
• knowledge of Embedded Systems, IoT architectures, microcontroller programming (e.g., ARM, AVR, PIC), and basic electronics is required.
• Experience with lab tools and development platforms (such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and relevant simulation tools) is highly desirable.
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
