Job summary

Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Embedded Software Team Lead to drive intelligent edge systems that combine firmware, ML inference and hardware acceleration. You will lead modular, scalable firmware pipelines with OTA-ready updates and CI/CD at scale.

You will own the firmware lifecycle, mentor engineers, and coordinate with hardware, ML and cloud teams to port models and optimize runtime performance for real-time data streams from sensors and cameras.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Embedded Systems, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 4+ years of embedded systems experience, including 2+ years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Expert C/C++; hands-on RTOS and Yocto-based Linux.
• ML runtime optimization experience (TFLite, ONNX Runtime, INT8/FP16 quantization).
• Working knowledge of BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, RS485, USB and CAN; camera and IMU integration.
• GitLab/GitHub CI, Docker and automated firmware testing.

Responsibilities
