Eurth Techtronics Pvt Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Team Lead/Manager to drive our Embedded & IoT development, architect scalable solutions and ensure on-time delivery across the firmware lifecycle, including secure firmware, RTOS-based apps, wireless connectivity and edge AI.

You will lead high-performance teams, mentor engineers, define coding standards, and collaborate with hardware, cloud and mobile teams on co-design and integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on embedded software development with 2+ years leading embedded teams.
• Expert-level C/C++ for embedded systems; Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience with RTOS, ARM Cortex-M MCUs, OTA and bootloaders; wireless connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable, secure embedded architectures for IoT products.
• Lead RTOS and bare-metal firmware development for industrial, consumer and IoT products.
• Oversee low-power optimization, secure bootloaders, OTA updates and cryptographic security.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, with automated testing, CI/CD and version control best practices.
• Lead and mentor embedded engineers; set coding standards, code review guidelines and debugging protocols.
• Work with hardware, cloud and mobile teams on hardware-software co-design and integration.

Requirements
