Job summary

Neurealm in Pune is seeking Embedded Software Engineers to design and implement firmware for microcontrollers and SoCs in baremetal, FreeRTOS, and embedded Linux environments.

The role involves driver development, validation, and debugging across UART, SPI, I2C, DMA, memory management, and timing, with emphasis on robust API documentation and unit tests.

Qualifications

• 4 to 12 years of embedded software experience.
• Hands-on driver development for UART/SPI/I2C/Timer/GPIO and crypto.
• Experience with initialization, interrupt and DMA support, and API documentation.
• Familiarity with unit test applications and validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded C firmware for microcontrollers/SoCs in baremetal, FreeRTOS, and embedded Linux environments.
• Write and execute driver validation test plans, unit tests, and hardware-in-loop test scripts.
• Debug and resolve issues related to interrupts, DMA, memory management, timing, and concurrency.
