Overview

Cyient, Inc. is seeking a talented and passionate Embedded Software Engineer to design, develop, and test embedded software solutions for Aerospace. This role involves working on cutting-edge technologies to create robust and efficient systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and debug embedded software for Aerospace Embedded Systems.
• Implement and optimize real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal applications.
• Good working experience in DO178C.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with new and existing hardware platforms.
• Conduct rigorous testing, including unit, integration, and system-level testing, to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural design discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, performance issues, and system malfunctions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, requirements, and test plans.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in embedded systems.
