Electrify Services LLP is seeking a Hardware Engineer to design high-frequency electronic circuits and embedded hardware products. You will work with simulations, layout, bring-up, testing, and debugging of high-density, high-speed PCBs.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with firmware, mechanical, and applications teams, plus ensuring EMI/EMC compliance and environmental considerations. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment in Ahmedabad.

Competenze

Position Title: Hardware Engineer Full Time

Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering service start-ups and is looking for a Hardware Engineer to play a key role in helping the company grow and take the business to the next level. Major Job Duties

In this position, you will be designing high-frequency electronic circuits. You will work with simulation tools and design tools to implement your ideas. Some designs will operate at high frequencies with high bandwidth. Some designs will be optimized for lower performance and lower cost.

• Responsible for designing embedded hardware products including architecture definition, detail design, and verification
• Proven success with end-to-end hardware development including schematic capture, layout, bring-up, testing, and debugging of high-density, high-speed PCBs
• Collaborate with other teams such as firmware, mechanical, and application for overall aspects of product design and development
• Experience in Mixed signal circuit design and high-speed digital design
• Experience in low-power circuit design
• Experience in high power circuit design such as BMS, DC-DC converter, Inverter
• Knowledge of protocols including RS232, RS485, SPI, USB, CAN, ZigBee, Wi-Fi, BLE
• Experience with RF, GPS, GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SD Card, camera, LCD, PCI interface
• Design and review of critical PCB layout for signal integrity
• Knowledge of industry standards and certifications
• Design implementation considering EMI/EMC compliance criteria, environmental conditions
• Experience in using electronic measurement equipment to perform circuit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
• Perform signal-integrity analysis and verification of high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, and USB, using high-speed lab instruments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage relationships with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Working alongside the program manager and company leadership on key product deliverables and timelines

We are looking for people who have

• 2 + years of experience in the field of Hardware Designing
• Experience with circuit analysis and design, CAD schematic tools (Altium Preferred), circuit simulation tools, and design evaluation
• The system brings up in the lab requires HW, SW, and FW integration
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts, both written and verbally
• Knowledge of communication systems, including architectural tradeoffs and partitioning impacts
• Experience with RF and microwave measurement systems would be a plus
• Commitment to excellence and dedication to quality
• Team player with strong self-motivation and collaboration skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
• Ability to use standard lab equipment such as oscilloscope and spectrum analyzer
• Ability to lead the team
