Job summary

Antal International in Pune is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE 3) with 4–10 years of hands-on C++ coding to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software, lead a team, and contribute to system architecture and delivery.

The role is on-site (100%), with collaboration in sprint planning and mentoring juniors; strong skills in C++, C, Linux, data structures, and networking are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with C++, C and shell scripting and OO design.
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment and debugging from scratch is a plus.
• Embedded software ownership and proficiency with Linux networking is required.

Synopsis:

We’re looking for a Software Development Engineer with 4-10 years of hands-on coding experience to join our Client. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems, lead a team of developers, and contribute to overall system architecture and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Review code and mentor junior developers (SDE 1 & 2)
• Lead a team of 4–8 engineers on technical delivery

Skills & Qualifications:
