Job summary

Umanist Staffing LLC in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Embedded Developer for a full-time hybrid role. 6–9 years of hands-on embedded experience is required.

You will work on automotive-grade firmware, Embedded C, AUTOSAR BSW, CAN/CAN-FD/LIN/XCP, and Automotive Ethernet, with IPC and driver work for AURIX TC38xx. Strong debugging, documentation, and safety practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on embedded development experience.
• Strong Embedded C expertise.
• BSW development with AUTOSAR, including development beyond configuration and integration of BSW modules.
• Experience with CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, XCP, Automotive Ethernet and UDS.
• Firmware development and software architecture/design.
• Hands-on experience in IPC (Inter-Processor Communication).
• Driver development for AURIX TC38xx microcontrollers.
• Strong understanding of RTOS.
• Experience in Functional Safety implementation.
• Hardware schematic understanding.
• Low-level driver development.
• Hands-on experience with debuggers, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with software integration and testing.
• Ability to create architecture/design documentation using Arc42, UML or similar frameworks.
• Requirement gathering and analysis.
• Technical documentation and maintenance support.
• Good to have Linux driver development, German language skills, and experience working with German customers.
