Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Proofpoint & Abnormal AI tool Administrator to manage email security environments. The role requires 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Proofpoint Email Protection and Abnormal AI, plus strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and mail flow management.

You will deep-dive into SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, TLS, and secure email architectures, while leading phishing investigations, incident response, and threat hunting.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in email security administration.
• Expert hands-on with Proofpoint Email Protection and Abnormal AI.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Exchange Online and mail flow management.
• Deep understanding of SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS, TLS, and secure email architecture.
• Proven experience leading phishing investigations, incident response, and threat hunting.
• Experience integrating email security with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of email authentication and zero-trust security principles.
• Hands-on automation using PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and leading cross-functional initiatives.
