Job Description:
- Plan and execute on all Deliverability projects designed to increase inbox rates and
Openers
- Warmup and Manage IP / domain reputation effectively
- Test the email html for rendering and inboxing issues across multiple ISPs
- Analyse and produce reports for various email activity
- Manage list hygiene
- Manage PMTA or any other MTA along with ESP management
- Manage eMail infrastructure and DNS
- Proactively identify potential opportunities for strategy improvements and growth.
- Proactively identify potential compliance issues.
- Manage a team of 5-8 people
- Own all best practices and general deliverability guidance.
Skills Required:
- E-mail content, rendering and filtering technologies.
- Experience with email best practices, industry trends, deliverability, ISP standards and
current regulations and legislation (can-spam, regional spam laws, etc.)
- Familiarity with the policies and deliverability procedures.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of email authentication and filtering technologies.
- Thorough knowledge of email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with privacy laws and anti-spam regulations, even at the international level.
- High volume commercial/promotional email experience
- Experience in using Litmus email spam checker, eDatasource email analyst tools
- Ability to speak with Clients in India and Abroad
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Administrative and data analytics experience
- An excellent Problem Solver
