Job summary

Embitel Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking a Test Engineer to understand system test case descriptions, define test environments for Dspace Hardware-In-Loop tests, and contribute to robust SW validation. You will flash software updates, execute and debug test cases in Dspace HIL, apply SW testing concepts, automate scenarios, analyze defects, and support team members to ensure quality.

• Ability to flash software updates and debug test cases in Dspace HIL environment.
• Good understanding of software testing concepts and HIL-based test execution.
• Ability to automate testing scenarios and improve test coverage.
• Perform test defect analysis and prepare validation reports.
• Support other team members in testing activities.

Job Description

• 1. The candidate should be able to understand system test case description, define test environment requisites for test case execution in Dspace Hardware -In-loop test setup.
• 2. Ability to flash the software updates, creating the test and measurement environment, execution and debugging of the test cases in Dspace HIL environment.
• 3. Good understanding of SW testing concepts, experience in writing and executing system test cases in HIL.
• 4. Ability to automate the testing scenarios with automation tools.
• 5. Test defect analysis and validation report preparation.
