Qualifications

• Experience interpreting architectural/construction drawings for ELV layouts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and detailing for ELV systems.
• Ability to integrate ELV designs with building services and codes.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, fire alarm and data networks preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics/Civil with ELV exposure preferred.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ELV AutoCAD Draftsmen role based in Ahmedabad. The ELV AutoCAD Draftsmen will prepare detailed ELV (Extra Low Voltage) drawings, including layouts for security, surveillance, access control, fire alarm, and related low-voltage systems for smart buildings. Responsibilities include interpreting architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with project engineers and designers, and ensuring that ELV designs align with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves updating and revising drawings as per site conditions and design changes, maintaining drawing documentation, and supporting the project team during planning and implementation. The ELV AutoCAD Draftsmen will also collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve design issues and contribute to efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings to accurately interpret and develop ELV layouts.
• Candidates should possess proficient Drawing skills, including AutoCAD drafting, detailing, and preparation of technical diagrams.
• Candidates should possess abilities in Space Planning to integrate ELV systems effectively within overall building designs.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, or related engineering field, with specific exposure to ELV systems, is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in ELV design and drafting (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, data networks) will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and best practices for building services and low-voltage systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced project environment.
