Job Description :

• Sourcing profiles from multiple sources including job portals, LinkedIn, reference and internal database
• Screening profile and end to end interview coordination
• Recruitment all the profiles from freshers to lateral hiring.
• Majorly recruit tech positions
• Generate and maintain all recruitment records in Applicant Tracking System
• Maintain high level of relationship and rapport with candidates and team mangers
• Should meet the recruitment deadlines.
• Promote company brand and job position to attract more candidates
• Documentation, Joining coordination and conduct background check
• Plan and organize employee fun activities

Desired profile:

• Must have experience in IT Recruitment
• Worked in similar roles
• Should have ability to influence candidates and build a solid rapport
