Job summary

Kyndryl India is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Cloud Architect specializing in ELK/Elastic Observability. The role focuses on hands-on administration, operations, and optimization ofElastic Stack on AKS across Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

The candidate should demonstrate strong Linux administration, scripting skills, and ITIL-aligned incident/problem management, with deep knowledge of data ingestion, dashboards, and alerting.

Qualifications

• Core Observability Stack (Strong): Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Elastic Agent/Beats, Dashboards & Alerting.
• Systems & Scripting (Strong / Working Knowledge): Linux administration, REST APIs, JSON, and automation via Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Core Fundamentals: Data center operations, networking/security fundamentals, and ITIL-aligned Incident/Problem Management.

Responsibilities

• Elastic Stack Operations: Build, maintain, and optimize Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Elastic Agents/Beats. Manage index lifecycle policies, data ingestion pipelines, dashboards, and automated alerting.
• AKS & Cloud Infrastructure: Support and troubleshoot the AKS environment hosting ELK components—deployments, pod health, resource allocation, autoscaling.
• Platform Health & Troubleshooting: Capacity planning, performance tuning, platform upgrades, incident resolution, and operational automation.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

This role focuses on hands‑on administration, operational support, and optimization of the enterprise Elastic Stack running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

• Elastic Stack Operations: Build, maintain, and optimize Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Elastic Agents/Beats. Manage index lifecycle policies, data ingestion pipelines, custom dashboards, and automated alerting.
• AKS & Cloud Infrastructure: Support and troubleshoot the underlying AKS environment hosting ELK components—managing deployments, pod health, resource allocation, and autoscaling.
• Platform Health & Troubleshooting: Drive capacity planning, performance tuning, platform upgrades, incident/problem resolution, and operational automation.
