Position Title: IT Analyst (Workday Analyst)

Position Level: P1-P3

Position Brand Description:
The ERP Services IDS organization is responsible to provide support and advancement of enterprise grade solutions that power the operations of Eli Lilly. The Workday Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support and configuration of Workday and system integrations with other internal and external IT systems. The Workday Analyst will maintain compliant and in control operational processes and drive them to increasingly higher levels of efficiency. This position will report to the ERP Services HCM Manager.

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

  1. Partner with business leadership, IT Architects, HR Tech Team, and external partners to maintain effective Workday configuration.
  2. Partner with business leadership, IT Architects, HR Tech Team, and external partners to maintain and build effective integrations between Workday and other solutions.
  3. Work directly with business to research, troubleshoot, and lead resolution for issues.
  4. Effectively prioritize and escalate issues.
  5. Build robust test plans including those necessary due to release activity, environment changes or other.
  6. Author and execute detail test scripts.
  7. Maintain effective systems documentation and maintain integrations per company procedures.
  8. Lead projects to upgrade or build new integrations.
  9. Continuously improve the operations of the Workday team.

Basic Requirements:

  1. 2+ years experience in Workday module configuration and/or Workday integrations.
  2. 2+ years experience in an IT role supporting global, enterprise or SAAS applications.
  3. 2+ years of ITIL based IT support with experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
  4. 1-3 years of experience and understanding of the legal, regulatory and data privacy environments in which the Company operates.
  5. Problem solving skills necessary to solve complex technical issues.
  6. Ability to establish relationships with and influence those outside of the immediate area.
  7. Ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written, impact of IT problems in business terms to many levels of the organization.
  8. Manage and prioritize competing priorities and manage communications with stakeholders.
  9. Coaching, mentoring and teaching skills.
  10. Ability to independently manage work and meet strict deadlines.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.

Travel 0-10%.
Position based in Bangalore, India.
