Qualification: ITI & Diploma of electrical and mechanical

• Knows troubleshooting, lift wiring, lift mechanic & electrical work
• Install, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, and lift systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in elevator systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
• Replace or repair faulty components such as motors, cables, control panels, and sensors.
• Respond to emergency repair calls and provide timely solutions.
• Test and calibrate elevator systems to meet safety and performance standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of all work performed.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with clients and building management to provide updates on service work.
• Food, accommodation, and local transport are borne by the company.
