Job summary

CLSA in Mumbai is seeking a motivated professional to monitor client trades across 13 equity markets in Asia and drive client origination. You will manage key relationships, compile TCA reports with the Execution Quant team, and support onboarding and market updates, contributing to system improvements.

You will also engage in ongoing client communication, handle onboarding requests, and collaborate with the Algo Development team to enhance execution analytics.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of experience in a low touch trading related role.
• Analytical and numerical abilities are required; quantitative skills are a plus.
• Experience with client facing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team player.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask under time pressure.
• Strong command of English.
• Finance or Economics degree, or relevant financial industry experience.
