Skills:

Inspect in-process and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications and customer requirements. Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, control plans, and QMS standards. Monitor outgoing quality checks; ensure only conforming products are released. Document audit findings, deviations, and initiate appropriate corrective actions. Track and verify the effectiveness of CAPA related to product or process issues. Work with production, engineering, and planning teams to address and contain quality issues. Review and confirm.

Responsibilities

Regularly check machinery and equipment for any signs of malfunction or wear as per maintenance schedule provided by engineer. Perform preventive maintenance for equipment under responsibility as defined in equipment maintenance procedure. Lead troubleshooting of all production equipment during any stoppages or equipment downtime, ensuring material, machine, and process OCAPs are executed as required during any abnormality. Support engineer during process characterization, qualification setup, and data collection. Assist engineer in all activities related to equipment and process, ensuring proper functioning of safety equipment and controls. Follow safety guidelines and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
